INTRODUCTION

To strengthen the learning landscape, UTM has been involved with MIT OpenCourseWare. A total of over 100 open courses have been developed by UTM and are given the status of intellectual property (IP) in 2012. OpenCourseWare (OCW) is a collection of high-quality digital learning based courses offered by UTM. OCW learning materials include lecture notes, lesson plans and training questions.

The UTM OCW materials can be accessed by all Internet users. UTM OCW surpassed 20,000 hits since it was launch in March 2012. Visitors to the site consists of various countries including the United States, Singapore, India, Philippines, and Indonesia.
